Team Scott T. Bublitz, Ph.D. is an Adaptiqs Founder. Most recently Scott directed Training and Evaluation for CASTLE Worldwide, Inc. a certification and licensure testing company. Scott received his undergraduate Psychology degree from Winona State University in Winona, MN and pursued a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Psychology from Purdue University. Scott completed his Ph.D. work in the Industrial/Organizational and Vocational Psychology program at NC State University where he developed his work in web-based adaptive survey administration using Bayesian belief networks. Scott has published his work related to Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT) and developed the prototype for Adaptiqs' internet survey technology. Scott's knowledge of psychometrics is the foundation for the Adaptiqs adaptive survey technology.
